Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and deliver technical AI initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, designers, QA, DevOps) and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. **Expectations** - 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably technical or software projects. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. - Strong organizational and communication skills in dynamic environments. - Ability to enable teams to perform at their best and foster collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. - Plan, execute, and deliver projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring alignment. - Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or MS Project. - Facilitate status meetings, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder updates. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary. - Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and maintain clear communication of expectations. - Track progress, produce status reports, and update leadership and stakeholders. - Conduct retrospectives to capture lessons learned and implement process improvements. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid). - Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, MS Project). - Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non‑technical audiences. - Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and resource planning. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and delivery processes. - Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and workloads. - Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills. - Soft skills: exceptional organization, attention to detail, effective negotiation and conflict resolution, proactive problem‑solving, calm under pressure, leadership presence, adaptability, collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is desirable. - Experience with AI/ML or cloud‑based projects, GCP/AWS/Azure, and change management is a plus.
