Job Description
**Job Title:** Supply Chain Planner **Role Summary:** Supports global planning and logistics operations, collaborating cross-functionally to manage site-level activities, resolve escalations, and optimize supply chain processes. **Expectations:** Deliver efficient material planning, inventory optimization, and process improvements while managing regional logistics and supply chain risks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee material planning, production scheduling, and aftermarket kitting within the EMEA region. - Coordinate inbound logistics operations, including Advanced Shipping Notifications and Hazmat handling. - Monitor KPIs, identify supply chain risks, and implement corrective actions. - Facilitate interdepartmental escalations with operations and transportation teams. - Drive inventory and planning system strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency. - Lead process improvement initiatives across supply chain functions. **Required Skills:** - Advanced knowledge of material planning, Master Supply Scheduling, PFEP (Parts Fastening, Engineering, and Planning). - Proficiency in Part Change Control and supply chain KPI management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization. - Effective communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities. - Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics operations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. - Certifications in supply chain planning or operations management preferred.
