**Job Title:** Social Media & Content Executive
**Role Summary:** Deliver and execute strategic, visually-driven social media content for a luxury fashion brand. Develop and manage a multi-platform strategy, create engaging assets, partner with influencers, and analyze performance to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
**Expectations:**
- Consistently produce high‑quality, on-brand content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Leverage data insights to refine strategy and optimize paid campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with creative, growth, and PR teams to align all social initiatives with brand objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with Head of Creative & Socials to craft and implement an integrated social media strategy.
- Produce, curate, and schedule imagery, video, stories, captions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Edit short‑form and campaign video content for organic and paid use.
- Develop weekly paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok in collaboration with Growth and Digital Ad Strategist.
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar linked to product launches, promotions, and storytelling events.
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and nurture relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and key opinion leaders.
- Monitor, track, and report on KPIs—engagement, reach, growth, traffic, conversion—providing actionable insights.
- Ensure all output adheres to the brand’s tone, luxury positioning, and visual aesthetic; adapt content natively for each channel.
- Support execution of monthly campaigns, product launches, and special events; manage paid social budget and performance.
- Conduct trend analysis and competitor benchmarking; identify differentiation opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–4 years of social media management, preferably in luxury/fashion.
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion market, digital trends, consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Notion, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Advanced video editing for short‑form and campaign content.
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and paid social advertising.
- Excellent organizational, project‑management, and deadline‑management abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment; self‑starter mindset.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid social platforms advantageous.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
- No specific certifications required, but demonstrated competence in social media tools and editing software is essential.
