**Job Title:** Telehealth Physician / Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
**Role Summary:**
Provide virtual medical care across multiple U.S. states through a HIPAA‑compliant platform, delivering primary, urgent, behavioral, or specialty services. Support continuity of care via built‑in referrals, assist case managers with scheduling, and maintain accurate documentation using AI‑assisted tools. Earn $100 per hour with no platform deductions.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain active U.S. medical licensure (state or multi‑state) and malpractice insurance.
- Deliver high‑quality, timely virtual care to members, often traveling, within supported states (GA, SC, NY, TX, UT, VA, AZ, and expanding).
- Collaborate with care coordinators, case managers, and platform staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Adhere to platform’s documentation standards and use ambient AI features for efficient charting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct virtual consults via video and secure chat, diagnosing and treating conditions in weight management, urgent care, behavioral health, psychiatry, diabetes, allergy, ER triage, nutrition, or primary care.
- Update patient records in the lightweight EMR, utilizing AI‑assisted documentation.
- Coordinate referrals and follow‑ups to other specialists or in‑person care as needed.
- Communicate with care coordinators to schedule appointments and manage patient transitions.
- Participate in platform training, policy updates, and quality improvement activities.
**Required Skills:**
- Telehealth proficiency: comfortable with virtual communication, screen sharing, and digital charting.
- Clinical expertise in at least one of the listed specialties (weight management, urgent care, behavioral health, etc.).
- Strong patient assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and treatment planning abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication with patients and care team members.
- Time‑management skills, ensuring timely completion of consults and documentation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Valid U.S. medical license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
- Professional malpractice insurance coverage.
- (Preferred) Multi‑state licensure or ability to obtain additional state licenses.
