Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet client expectations. Expectations - Deliver robust, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven. - Make informed technical decisions and drive architectural choices. - Maintain strong communication with project managers and stakeholders. - Uphold coding standards, documentation quality, and project timelines.
