Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Power Platform and Dynamics Developer **Role Summary:** Mid‑level developer responsible for designing, building, customizing, and supporting scalable business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Works in a professional services environment to deliver project‑based solutions that enable legal and broader business operations. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality, on‑time solutions for multiple client projects. - Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. - Maintain code quality, documentation, and adhere to best‑practice standards. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop custom entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations in Dynamics 365. - Build Power Apps, automated flows, and dashboards using Power Platform components. - Perform data migrations, system configuration, and security role setup. - Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and assist in user acceptance testing. - Produce technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and training materials. - Support post‑implementation maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Finance & Operations) customization and development. - Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST/ SOAP APIs. - Understanding of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AD). - Ability to work in agile/project‑based settings and communicate with non‑technical stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate (preferred). - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or relevant Dynamics 365 certification (preferred).
