Job Description
Job title: Administrative Assistant / Document Control Role Summary: Manage and maintain project documentation ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards. Coordinated document transmittals, Construction Work Packages, and revisions while supporting cross‑functional teams. Expectations: - Maintain up‑to‑date hard and electronic copies of all project documents. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. - Provide timely, accurate document distribution and reporting to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Record incoming and prepare outgoing transmittals. - Process document control inbox requests. - Create, print, stamp, bind, and update Construction Work Packages. - Label, track, and archive documents; maintain project logs. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure procedural compliance. - Train project staff on document control procedures. - Provide project reports to management, subcontractors, and clients. - Perform additional duties as required. Required Skills: - Minimum 1 year experience in document control or related field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. - Multi‑tasking, problem‑solving, and collaborative mindset. - Technical aptitude for varied software applications and rapid learning. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Initiative‑driven, motivated, and committed to excellence.
