**Job Title:** Executive & Personal Assistant to CEO & Founder **Role Summary:** Provide high‑level, strategic support to the CEO, managing all aspects of executive time, communication, reporting, and operational coordination during a rapid growth phase. Act as the central liaison across marketing, sales, and delivery functions, ensuring clarity, focus, and revenue visibility. **Expectations:** - Operate autonomously with discretion and decisiveness. - Transform ad‑hoc tasks into structured, scalable processes. - Maintain deep trust and confidentiality at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Executive Time Management:** Prioritize and triage inbox; schedule and protect deep‑work blocks; manage calendar architecture. - **Strategic Communication:** Draft, edit, and coordinate responses; manage escalation protocols. - **Reporting & Visibility:** Maintain sales pipeline, invoice/payments, and produce weekly executive reports. - **Operational Coordination:** Schedule trainers, oversee course logistics, and document processes. - **Systems & Process Development:** Maintain Notion dashboards, develop SOPs, and optimize workflows. **Required Skills:** - Prior experience assisting a founder or senior executive. - Commercial acumen with understanding of revenue flow. - Structured thinking, proactive problem‑solving, and strong prioritization. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High level of discretion, calm under pressure, and decisive action. - Proficiency in office productivity tools (Outlook, Notion, Microsoft 365). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - No specific certifications required; relevant executive assistant or project‑management training is a plus.
