Job Description

Job title: Senior Frontend Developer Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and optimization of high‑performance Angular web applications (v19/v20). Evaluate and refactor existing codebases for scalability and speed, craft reusable UI components, and integrate RESTful services. Expectations: - Deliver scalable, maintainable Angular solutions on a contract basis. - Demonstrate advanced problem‑solving skills in performance tuning and code quality. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, backend, QA) to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain performant, scalable Angular applications. - Review and refactor legacy code to improve load times, memory usage, and maintainability. - Implement state management, dependency injection, and RxJS patterns. - Develop reusable, modular UI components and integrate them into the design system. - Connect the frontend to backend services via RESTful APIs. - Write and maintain unit tests with Jasmine/Karma and enforce test coverage standards. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Required Skills: - 8+ years’ frontend experience; strong Angular (v19/v20) expertise. - Proficient with RxJS, Angular CLI, state management (NgRx/Redux), and dependency injection. - Deep knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. - Familiarity with RESTful API integration and data handling. - Unit testing experience using Jasmine and Karma. - Performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, change detection, bundle sizing). - Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Angular Certified Professional) preferred but not mandatory.
