Job Description
**Job title:** Data Scientist **Role Summary:** Lead advanced data-driven initiatives to optimize cross‑channel marketing strategies. Develop, deploy, and industrialize predictive models, manage probabilistic customer databases, and create media‑planning algorithms that translate analytical insights into actionable marketing plans. **Expactations:** - Demonstrate expertise in statistics, probability, and machine learning modeling. - Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine‑learning libraries (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow). - Strong data‑visualization skills with Power BI or Tableau. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Passion for digital marketing and business impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and industrialize Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to evaluate marketing investment returns. - Analyze performance data and present findings to internal teams. - Extract, cleanse, and analyze millions of probabilistic customer profiles using SQL/NoSQL. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across pipelines. - Generate data‑driven recommendations for marketing teams. - Develop and refine media‑planning algorithms for multi‑channel recommendation and deduplication (web, email, social, CRM). - Collaborate with media teams to operationalize insights into campaign strategies. **Required Skills:** - Advanced knowledge of statistics, probability, regression, and machine learning. - Programming: Python, SQL; ML libraries (Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.). - Data visualization: Power BI, Tableau. - Cloud environments: AWS, Azure. - Data‑quality and reporting expertise. - Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and cross‑functional teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Degree in Engineering, Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline. - Minimum of 1 year experience in data science with exposure to marketing, media, or advertising environments.
