Job Title: Workday Business Analyst Role Summary: Business Analyst focused on Workday HCM, partnering with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications, support end‑to‑end testing, data validation, and system enhancements across the employee lifecycle. Expectations: - 8–12 years of BA experience, preference in HR/HRIS/Workday. - Hands‑on expertise in Workday core modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent). - Experience with HR processes from hire to retire. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and validate business requirements with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders. - Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for Workday implementation/enhancement. - Support Workday HCM across modules, ensuring alignment with onboarding to off‑boarding processes. - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs) from a BA perspective. - Own UAT and regression testing cycles, including data validation and defect management. - Analyze data flows between Workday, SAP HR/Payroll, ADP, and other HR systems; verify data accuracy and compliance. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, configurations, and change logs. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with cross‑functional teams.
