Job Description

Job title: Machine Learning Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable experimentation and measurement systems for a global marketing analytics platform. Expactations: - 3 + years of experience building production ML/AI systems for large-scale consumer tech or globally recognized brands. - Proven track record of delivering robust, reusable code and frameworks that endure over time. - Strong DevOps mindset: proficient with version control, unit testing, continuous integration, and automated deployment pipelines. Key Responsibilities: - Scale and stabilize a high‑traffic experimentation platform running 300+ A/B tests annually; troubleshoot performance and enhance logging. - Optimize core analytical logic, including stratified sampling, simulation, and regression algorithms. - Convert research prototypes into production‑grade, reusable libraries for cross‑team use. - Build and deploy scalable data pipelines with PySpark to support massive experiment data workloads. - Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to translate complex requirements into production deployments. Required Skills: - Expert in Python, SQL, and PySpark. - Experience with large‑scale data processing, distributed computing, and performance tuning. - Familiar with version control (Git), unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). - Comfortable developing modular code and reusable frameworks. - Bonus: Knowledge of AWS or GCP, A/B testing best practices, and open‑source contributions.
