Job Description

**Job Title:** Cloud Security Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide hands‑on expertise in cloud modernization, identity and access management, endpoint security, secure remote access, and business continuity. Serve as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to drive security and infrastructure upgrades for a flagship digital transformation program. **Expectations:** - Deliver rapid, high‑impact security solutions across multiple environments. - Work closely with stakeholders to align technology choices with business objectives. - Demonstrate a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead cloud migration and infrastructure upgrade initiatives, ensuring secure, scalable designs. - Deploy and manage Entra ID / Okta for identity and access management, including privileged access configuration. - Implement and maintain endpoint detection & response (EDR) platforms and policies. - Design and enforce secure remote access mechanisms and network segmentation. - Architect backup, resilience, and business continuity/ disaster recovery (BC/DR) solutions. - Conduct security gap assessments, generate improvement roadmaps, and present findings to senior leadership. - Stay current with emerging cloud, IAM, endpoint and network security best practices and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP) and infrastructure modernization. - Deep knowledge of Identity & Access Management tools (Entra ID, Okta, SAML/OIDC). - Hands‑on skills with endpoint security/EDR solutions and secure remote access tools. - Strong understanding of backup, resilience and BC/DR concepts and implementations. - Ability to translate technical solutions to business value and non‑technical stakeholders. - Excellent communication, troubleshooting and documentation abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent professional experience. - Relevant security or cloud certifications: CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Okta Certified Administrator, or equivalent.
