Job Description: Job Title: Construction Manager / Engineer Role Summary: Lead autonomous execution of a construction lot, ensuring schedule adherence, quality delivery, safety compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. Expectations: Define necessary resources, maintain project timelines, uphold quality standards, nurture durable partner relationships, and enforce on‑site safety rules. Key Responsibilities - Plan, allocate, and monitor resources required for the lot. - Oversee day‑to‑day site activities to meet established schedules and quality benchmarks. - Build and sustain productive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners. - Identify, define, and enforce applicable safety and prevention regulations on the worksite. Required Skills - Strong engineering foundation with project management capabilities. - Excellent interpersonal communication, listening, and diplomacy. - Team‑oriented mindset with adaptability to changing environments. - High levels of rigor, responsiveness, analytical thinking, and proactive planning. Required Education & Certifications - University‑level degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
