Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary:** Executes, optimizes, and reports paid media campaigns across social, programmatic, and search channels. Supports the Paid Media team in accurate launch, efficient operation, and continuous performance improvement. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality campaign assets and tracking freeze‑walls. - Analyze daily and weekly performance, flag issues and recommend optimizations. - Maintain meticulous documentation and reporting for stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set up & QA paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn). - Explore and execute creative swaps, audience shifts, bid changes. - Monitor programmatic KPI metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide insights. - Support Google Ads paid‑search operations: keyword expansion, negative lists, term reports. - Build and distribute recurring reports (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Tapclicks). - Keep trafficking sheets, campaign structures, and internal documentation current. **Required Skills:** - 1–3 years of digital media, marketing, or advertising experience. - Proficient in paid media platforms (social, programmatic, search). - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to build dashboards. - Analytical mindset: interpret complex data for actionable decisions. - Strong organizational, attention‑to‑detail, and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of GA4 set‑up; social media marketing experience. - Up‑to‑date on digital trends and emerging marketing strategies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Certifications in paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) preferred but not mandatory.
