Job Description
**Job Title:** Lifecycle (CRM) Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across the customer lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally to align with CRM strategy and improve customer experience. **Expectations:** - Detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with expertise in lifecycle campaign management. - Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements. - Proficiency in compliance standards (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and email/SMS marketing best practices. - Collaborative, proactive, and skilled in translating customer insights into actionable strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, test, and deploy email/SMS campaigns for segmented audiences (welcome, win-back, re-engagement). - Optimize campaign performance via A/B testing, personalization, and analytics. - Ensure regulatory compliance and mobile-responsive design across platforms. - Coordinate customer feedback programs and integrate insights into marketing/data initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and enhance retention strategies. **Required Skills:** - 2+ years in email marketing; hands-on experience with ESPs (Klaviyo preferred). - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting. - Analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance. - Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. - Familiarity with marketing automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end campaign workflows and compliance frameworks.
