The seven-and-a-half-year concession commenced on 13 November 2016 and was extended by two years in 2023 to run until 3 May 2026.

Job Description
**Job Title** Human Resources Administrator **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR function across the entire employee lifecycle. Manage Workday data entry, recruitment paperwork, pre‑employment checks, employee documentation, and event coordination, while collaborating with hiring managers, payroll, and external vendors. **Expectations** - Proven administrative experience in a large organisation; HR experience desirable but not mandatory. - Ability to organise own workload, maintain accuracy, and prioritise tasks. - Strong stakeholder management and communication with internal teams and external partners. - Eagerness to pursue continuous improvement in HR processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Support talent team in creating offers, contracts, and storing recruitment documents in line with audit requirements. - Process new starters: Workday entry, right‑to‑work, reference checks, DBS, pre‑employment medicals. - Provide HRIS (Workday) support to hiring managers & employees. - Maintain employee records for probations, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and absences. - Organise and minute all employee‑related meetings and company‑wide events (e.g., long‑service awards). - Coordinate medical appointments for staff and prospective hires in collaboration with third‑party providers. - Provide general administrative assistance to HR, including payroll support and inbox management. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives as directed by HR leadership. **Required Skills** - Excellent data entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills. - Effective communication and stakeholder management. - Experience in event planning and meeting coordination. - Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) preferred. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., Level 3 Diploma). - HR‑related certifications (e.g., CIPD, HRCI, SHRM) are a plus but not mandatory.
