We are connecting manufacturers with their customers and create a seamless information flow. Installers can manage their projects, create quotations, place orders and order spare parts over Hive CPQ.

We take all of this way further as a classic configurator or customer portal. We bring manufacturers together, so installers can buy from multiple manufacturers from one place. Our CPQ software is the 'sales platform' where manufacturers can build on the customer journey of tomorrow.

**Job Title:** SaaS Sales Representative – CPQ Solution **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth for a cloud‑based Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform targeting discrete manufacturers. Prospect, qualify, and close B2B deals, guiding clients from initial demo through negotiation and contract finalization. Collaborate closely with SDRs and internal stakeholders to refine sales strategy and maintain a robust pipeline. **Expectations:** - Self‑motivated, results‑driven sales professional. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build trust with decision‑makers at all levels. - Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning. - Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a cross‑functional team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify new international business opportunities in target markets. - Conduct product demonstrations and articulate technical value of the CPQ solution. - Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification → demo → proposal → negotiation → close. - Maintain accurate sales activity records in HubSpot CRM. - Collaborate with SDR team to hand over qualified prospects. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and prospect visits (Belgium/Netherlands). - Provide feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and process improvements. - Contribute to the evolution of the sales strategy and techniques. **Required Skills:** *Soft Skills* - Passion for technology and sales impact. - Result‑oriented, proactive, and autonomous. - Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility building. - Team player with a collaborative mindset. *Technical Skills* - 2+ years B2B SaaS sales, business development, or customer success experience. - Proven track record in tech‑related sales. - Proficiency with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Confluence. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities. - Fluency in Dutch; working proficiency in English (French a plus). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Any sales or technology certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ) are a plus.
