Job Description

Job Title: AI Project Manager Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI and data‑driven solutions, translating business requirements into actionable projects, managing backlogs, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant deployments. Expectations: Autonomous, highly curious, collaborative, security‑aware, and passionate about leveraging AI to transform business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive AI solution development and deployment from concept to production. - Translate business needs into concrete, innovative AI products. - Prioritize product backlog, define user stories, and write functional specifications. - Coordinate with IT, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance. - Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and architectures. - Monitor project progress, quality of deliverables, and performance metrics. - Lead Proof‑of‑Concepts (PoCs) and oversee scaling deployments. Required Skills: - Experience as Product Owner or Project Manager on AI/ML/Data‑driven initiatives. - Strong knowledge of AI concepts, Machine Learning, and Data Science. - Proficiency in Agile backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation. - Ability to translate technical solutions into business value. - Understanding of IT architecture, data pipelines, and security requirements. - Excellent stakeholder communication, cross‑functional coordination, and problem‑solving. - Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 2 years post‑secondary education (Bac +2) in Digital, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, AgilePM) or AI/ML fundamentals are advantageous but not mandatory.
