Job Description

Job title: AI Project Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions within a digital/IT team, translating business needs into innovative, concrete deliverables. Report to the Digital Manager, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure project quality, security, and alignment with business objectives. Expactations: - Autonomous and proactive mindset with strong curiosity. - Collaborative attitude across IT, DevOps, security, and business units. - Good understanding of IT architectures and security considerations. - Passion for AI and commitment to driving business‑process transformation. - Experience in product ownership, preferably on AI or data‑driven projects. Key Responsibilities: - Pilot end‑to‑end AI solution development and deployment. - Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories and functional specifications. - Prioritize and manage the AI product backlog; monitor progress and delivery quality. - Coordinate with IT, DevOps, security, and business teams to ensure compliance and performance. - Contribute to the selection and adoption of AI technologies and tools. - Define and oversee PoCs, scaling successful prototypes into production. - Ensure documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of AI project processes. Required Skills: - Product ownership / project management experience (Agile/Scrum). - Solid knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data‑science concepts. - Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security frameworks. - Ability to write clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac+2 (or equivalent) in Digital, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AI/ML certifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
