Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description: Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Role Summary: Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations for a team of 20‑30 staff, ensuring accurate inventory, timely receiving, storage, and shipping of goods while maintaining safety standards and supporting cross‑departmental functions. Expectations: Deliver efficient, error‑free logistics processes, motivate and develop the team, uphold safety and cleanliness, and promote a positive, collaborative culture on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cycle counts, maintain master data accuracy, and manage inventory control. - Handle damage cases and claims, coordinating resolution and corrective actions. - Receive, quality‑check, store, and ship inbound and outbound goods. - Plan daily operations with the Warehouse Manager and execute hands‑on tasks. - Enforce safety rules, cleanliness, and compliant work procedures. - Provide internal service support to Purchasing, Supply, and Customer Order Management. - Champion a positive workplace culture as an ODC ambassador. - Onboard new hires, guide them through training, and integrate them into the team. Required Skills: - Proven team leadership in a warehouse setting (≥2 years). - Strong communication, motivation, and people‑management abilities. - Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and prioritization skills. - Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, BC) and Microsoft Office. - Adaptability to dynamic work conditions and flexible scheduling. - Positive mindset, teamwork, initiative, and digital literacy. Required Education & Certifications: - Secondary school diploma or equivalent (A2 level or higher). - Minimum two years of supervisory experience in warehousing. - Security Officer Airfreight certificate considered an advantage but not mandatory.
