Job Description: **Job Title:** Sales & Operations Officer **Role Summary:** Support the commercial and operational functions of the Re‑Loved refurbished‑furniture business. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate logistics and warehousing, manage product data and orders in Odoo ERP, and maintain documentation to ensure efficient daily operations. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate and timely order processing and invoicing. - Provide responsive, professional communication with customers in English, Dutch, and French. - Ensure high‑quality product presentation and data integrity. - Collaborate effectively with logistics, warehousing, and marketing teams. - Uphold and continuously improve internal policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create products, orders, and invoices in Odoo ERP. - Track and follow up on incoming/outgoing orders, deliveries, and pickups. - Coordinate daily activities with logistics and warehousing departments. - Respond to client inquiries across all communication channels. - Perform quality checks and capture product photographs. - Manage product and pricing information within Odoo. - Maintain and update policy and procedure documentation. **Required Skills:** - Proficient with Odoo (or comparable ERP) for product, order, and pricing management. - Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability. - Excellent organization and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. - Hands‑on, proactive attitude. - Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
