Job Description
**Job Title** Lexus Car Sales Executive **Role Summary** Drive customer‑centric sales of Lexus vehicles, achieving unit sales, profit, finance penetration and add‑on sales targets while delivering a superior buying experience from initial contact through to contract completion. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs: unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, add‑on product uptake. - Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and GDPR data protection requirements. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer and vehicle records. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and qualify new leads from inbound calls, walk‑ins, online enquiries and networking. - Build trust, articulate vehicle value, and tailor financing and add‑on solutions to customer needs. - Present and test‑drive vehicles, negotiate terms, secure signatures, and process paperwork. - Close sales, achieving revenue, profit, and finance targets. - Follow‑up post‑sale to confirm satisfaction and encourage loyalty. - Update CRM with comprehensive data; adhere to FCA and GDPR compliance. - Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge refreshes. **Required Skills** - Proven automotive retail sales experience (car sales executive, retail or sales manager). - Demonstrated record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. - Understanding of vehicle finance, insurance and add‑on product sales. - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven. - Valid UK driver’s licence. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects. - No mandatory degree; automotive sales or dealership qualifications are an advantage. - Complete training on Lexus product line, sales techniques, FCA compliance, and privacy regulations will be provided. ---
