**Job Title:** Director of Digital Marketing **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for overseeing all paid and organic digital marketing initiatives, managing and coaching multi‑functional marketing teams, and delivering quarterly lead‑generation targets. Works directly with the CEO to shape offers, strategy, and data‑driven optimizations in a fully remote environment. **Expectations:** - Achieve aggressive lead and revenue goals through KPI‑focused execution. - Foster a high‑performance, results‑oriented culture. - Provide clear weekly performance reporting and actionable recommendations. - Operate autonomously with a focus on outcomes rather than hours. - Maintain alignment with company values and remote‑work best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and hold accountable marketing and content teams (paid ads, email, SEO, blogs, video, social). - Define and manage weekly sprints, KPIs, and execution quality. - Drive both paid and organic channels to meet lead‑generation targets. - Collaborate with executive leadership on offer development, strategic direction, and campaign execution. - Monitor performance metrics, adjust tactics proactively, and ensure continuous growth. - Produce weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Oversee ad creation, optimization, and split‑testing processes. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years in senior/digital marketing leadership (director‑level). - Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams across paid media, email, SEO, content, and video. - Strong analytical mindset with KPI‑driven decision making. - Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding lead and revenue targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities. - Experience thriving in a fully remote work environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Bachelor’s degree acceptable with equivalent experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, SEO) are a plus.
