Job Title: Associate, ServiceNow Developer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications within ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM to support enterprise technology and risk initiatives while ensuring platform stability, performance, and security.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality configuration and customizations under general supervision, manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and provide effective customer support while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
- Monitor and maintain platform stability, performance, and security.
- Document configuration, customization, and integration changes.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases and best practices; recommend platform improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ServiceNow users.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, and integration.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules and CMDB.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and service management best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk assessment abilities.
- Excellent customer service, communication (verbal & written), and stakeholder management skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience focused on CMDB, ITSM, and ITAM.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL v4, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or ServiceNow CSA.
