Key Responsibilities: - Design, deliver, and refine program sessions, including pitch practice and virtual workshops. - Conduct regular check‑ins with 10‑15 ventures, assess progress, and provide strategic, administrative, and morale support. - Facilitate pitch reviews, compile venture data for website and social media promotion. - Manage event planning and execution, including logistics, communication, and business development activities. - Maintain the Airtable venture tracking database and ensure accurate records. - Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to build a diverse pipeline of candidates, including attending recruiting events, evaluating applications, and updating media kits. - Perform ecosystem mapping, budget optimization for paid campaigns, and sponsor outreach. Required Skills: - 2+ years of experience with founders or startup operations. - Deep understanding of startup fundamentals (product‑market fit, GTM, traction, fundraising readiness). - Proven experience in advisory, accelerator, incubator, or program‑delivery roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and public representation. - Strong execution and operational discipline; ability to manage multiple priorities and structured CRM systems. Job Title: Program Intern Role Summary Support the Programs team in delivering world-class accelerator and incubator services to founders, mentors, investors, and alumni. Engage with cohort participants and external stakeholders, manage program data, facilitate events, and contribute to outreach and marketing efforts. Expectations - Full‑time (37.5 hrs/week) internship of 4 months (May‑August, with optional extension into September). - Work flexible hours, including evenings, to accommodate program events. - Demonstrate enthusiasm for startup ecosystem, strong communication, and organizational skills.
