**Job Title** Business Analyst (Odoo Implementation) **Role Summary** Drive end‑to‑end digital transformation projects for clients by translating functional requirements into optimal Odoo solutions. Own multiple projects independently after onboarding, while collaborating on larger initiatives to foster continuous learning and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Deliver fully autonomous solution delivery from analysis to go‑live. - Build strong client relationships through expert functional and business advice. - Maintain long‑term client health and promote self‑service capabilities. - Contribute to process improvement and company growth initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather and analyze client functional needs and business processes. - Translate requirements into detailed solution designs within the Odoo ecosystem. - Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Provide coaching, support, and training to clients for sustainable adoption. - Monitor post‑implementation performance, recommend enhancements, and ensure service excellence. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, share best practices, and document lessons learned. - Participate in continuous improvement and new project scoping. **Required Skills** - Business analysis and requirements engineering. - Deep understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.). - Project management, including roadmap creation, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client‑facing skills. - Analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to work independently. - Ability to learn new processes quickly and apply best practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Odoo certification (preferred). - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar) or equivalent experience is advantageous.
