Job Title: Content Producer Role Summary: Produce and manage multimedia content for a startup‑focused media team, primarily filming video and behind‑the‑scenes material, and coordinating with social media channels to deliver engaging stories. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality video content on schedule, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, adapt to hybrid work environment, and contribute to content strategy aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish video content for various programs. • Capture behind‑the‑scenes footage and other visual assets. • Work with the media team to adapt content for social media platforms. • Assist in developing content strategy and calendar. • Organize, edit, and archive media assets. • Communicate effectively with team members in a hybrid setting. Required Skills: • Proven proficiency in video production and editing. • Strong understanding of content strategy and management. • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities. • Strong organizational and time‑management skills. • Effective collaboration and communication in a hybrid environment. • Interest or experience in entrepreneurship, startups, or investment (plus). Required Education & Certifications: • Degree or coursework in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or related field. • Certifications in video production or digital media (preferred).
