Job Description

**Job Title:** Marketing Intern **Role Summary:** Support the marketing and operations teams of a fast‑growing personal styling company. Create and schedule social media content, assist with email campaigns and blog writing, and help coordinate brand collaborations and content shoots. Provide operational support for client orders and showroom activities. **Expactations:** - Based in Dallas, able to work a hybrid schedule. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced collaborative environment. - Demonstrated interest in fashion, personal styling, and brand strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Produce Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels; assist with content planning and scheduling. - Draft, edit, and schedule weekly email newsletters. - Write and proofread blog articles. - Support brand partnership outreach and coordination. - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and photo/video shoots. - Help process client clothing orders and maintain showroom organization. - Provide ad‑hoc support to stylists and operational workflow. **Required Skills:** - Strong written communication and copy‑editing abilities. - Basic graphic or visual content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark). - Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. - No formal certifications required; relevant coursework or project experience in digital marketing is a plus.
