Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Appian Consultant **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Appian BPM solutions for diverse clients, guiding projects from requirements gathering to production. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring high‑quality, scalable deliverables. **Expectations:** - 3+ years of Appian implementation or configuration experience (alternative BPM platforms acceptable). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to manage complex user stories, data models, and integrations. - Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and manage cross‑functional teams. - Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while delivering on deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct and lead requirements workshops, capturing detailed functional and technical needs. - Translate business requirements into Appian wireframes, process models, data designs, and integration specifications. - Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications, ensuring compliance with data governance and quality standards. - Facilitate Agile Scrum activities (planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) and maintain project artifacts. - Coordinate with product owners, clients, and upper management to align solution design with business strategy. - Produce proposal documentation and assist in business development activities as needed. - Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across the team. **Required Skills:** - Appian BPM development and configuration (alternatives: PowerApps, Pegasystems, Medix, Salesforce). - Agile Scrum methodology, including all standard artifacts and ceremonies. - Data integration, quality, governance, and architectural concepts. - Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Problem‑solving with a focus on detail and big‑picture outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. - Relevant Appian certification preferred but not mandatory.
