**Job Title** Creative Marketing & Communications Internship **Role Summary** A part‑time, 6‑week internship focused on developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for a virtual‑to‑reality fashion brand. The role blends content creation, social media management, and project coordination within the gaming and fashion sectors. **Expectations** - Work independently while collaborating closely with the Creative Director. - Produce original social media content, copy, and short videos that engage the gaming community. - Manage social media accounts and grow follower engagement through data‑driven growth‑hacking. - Contribute to strategic planning and market research for upcoming campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in research, development and execution of marketing plans for 2026/2027. - Plan and create visual and written content for social media, press releases, and marketing collateral. - Capture, edit, and produce short video content tailored to platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Discord. - Schedule posts, monitor metrics, and interact with community members to maintain brand voice. - Ensure all deliverables align with brand vision and are produced on schedule. - Conduct competitive analysis and trend scouting to inform content strategy. **Required Skills** - Strong passion for gaming, familiarity with current releases and communities. - Excellent written English; creative, concise copywriting ability. - Proficiency in photo, design, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro). - Experience with smartphone and/or camera videography. - Ability to think visually and creatively, attuned to contemporary aesthetics and subcultures. - Self‑motivated, strong planning, organisational and time‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student or recent graduate in sales and marketing, communications, media studies, graphic design, or related field (voluntary internship acceptable). - No mandatory certifications required; portfolio of relevant content preferred.
