Job Description
**Job Title**: Retail Commercial Delegate – Hainaut & Namur **Role Summary**: Dynamic external account manager responsible for nurturing and expanding the retail client base within the Hainaut and Namur provinces. Focus on maintaining relationships with hardware retailers and construction material wholesalers, developing annual sales plans, executing commercial initiatives, and boosting product visibility in the construction and renovation sector. **Expectations** - Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for assigned accounts. - Create and implement annual account plans tailored to each client. - Demonstrate proactive, creative sales actions to increase market share. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date sales and administrative records in Salesforce. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with retail distributors, hardware stores, and wholesale material suppliers. - Visit clients regularly to provide product presentations, gather feedback, and strengthen partnership. - Develop and execute annual sales strategies for each account to maximize revenue. - Track and report monthly and quarterly sales metrics, submitting performance updates to management. - Manage daily Salesforce activities: data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting. - Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure product knowledge and promotional materials are current. - Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and propose adjustments to sales tactics. - Maintain product expertise, particularly in construction and renovation solutions. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in external account management or retail sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and ability to leverage it for sales planning. - Self‑motivated, proactive, creative, and dynamic approach to sales. - Deep interest and understanding of the construction and renovation market. - Fluency in French (written and spoken). - Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work outdoors. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. - Relevant sales certification (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) is preferred.
