**Job Title**
Senior Software Engineer – Full‑Stack – Growth Product
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of high‑scale web and mobile growth features, directly impacting acquisition, onboarding, and revenue for a global crypto platform.
**Expectations**
- Deliver production‑ready features that drive measurable growth metrics.
- Own end‑to‑end development lifecycle, from requirement capture to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, designers, data scientists, and ops teams.
- Champion engineering quality, security, performance, and maintainability at every stage.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design and build reusable services, components, and APIs for marketing funnels, KYC flows, onboarding, and first‑funding experiences across web and mobile.
2. Architect and maintain distributed systems handling large, global traffic volumes with high availability.
3. Conduct data‑driven experiments (A/B tests), analyse results, and iterate on product features to optimise user activation, retention, and monetisation.
4. Work with infra teams to provision and manage containers, orchestration (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud databases (MySQL/MariaDB, Redis).
5. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and establish best practices for performance, security, and code quality.
6. Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on full‑stack development, growth engineering principles, and scalable system design.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- Expertise in one or more of: TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Front‑end proficiency with React or React Native.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance optimisation, debugging, and secure coding.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis.
- Product mindset: metrics‑driven, outcome focused.
- Self‑sufficient, thrives in a fully remote, asynchronously‑operated team.
**Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)**
- A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
- Growth‑engineering background (user funnels, lifecycle analytics, conversion optimisation).
- Familiarity with data analysis or experimentation tooling.
