Job Description: Job Title: Senior Demand Generation Manager Role Summary: Build and scale an international demand generation engine focused on quality and ROI across key markets (France, UK, DACH, Nordics, USA). Own pipeline growth, lead the end‑to‑end funnel from Lead to Revenue, and collaborate with Sales to drive strategic account activation. Expectations: Deliver a 25 % increase in pipeline volume by 2026 versus 2025. Own the growth engine, manage a small marketing team (2–3 members), and develop a data‑driven culture of ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute market‑segmented demand generation strategies, including inbound, lifecycle, paid media, events, and expertise content. - Deploy account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns and manage lead qualification (MQL → Opportunity). - Collaborate with Sales to identify strategic accounts, co‑create activations, and support commercial performance. - Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and refine attribution models. - Lead and develop a cross‑functional marketing team (France and internationally).
