**Job Title**: Business Development Executive **Role Summary**: Sought for driving growth in contractor and builder client base within a high-volume building materials environment. Role blends office-based sales coordination with field-based outreach, account management, and new business development. **Expectations**: - Meet monthly/annual sales targets, including a $150,000 monthly minimum post-probation. - Achieve $150,000 sales target within 3-month probation period. - Manage 80–100 active/inactive accounts to support pipeline development. - Work in hybrid office/field setup, with regular client travel. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build/maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and trade partners. - Generate new business through outreach, site visits, calls, and follow-ups. - Identify sales opportunities, convert leads, and recommend product solutions. - Coordinate pricing, orders, and operations teams for service excellence. - Maintain accurate sales records and client interaction data. - Represent company professionally in office and client-facing settings. **Required Skills**: - Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle. - Demonstrated lead generation, client acquisition, and account management. - Analytical/market research skills to identify opportunities. - Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities. - Customer service orientation and teamwork in target-driven environment. - Familiarity with construction/building materials sales cycles. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in B2B sales (required).
