Job Description
Job title: Sales Consultant / Business Development (Downhole Tools Rentals) — Uncapped Commission Role Summary: Sales consultant responsible for developing and executing account strategies for key customers in the downhole tools rental market. Acts as a customer advocate, providing consultative sales support, needs analysis, and product demonstrations to maximize revenue and retention. Expactations: - Deliver consistent sales growth and meet or exceed forecasted targets. - Maintain strong, trusted relationships with key accounts. - Provide timely sales forecasts and progress updates. - Serve as the liaison between customers and product management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations for potential and existing customers. - Develop and present account strategies that identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities. - Serve as the customer advocate, ensuring client concerns and requirements are communicated to product management and development teams. - Prepare and maintain periodic sales forecasts and progress reports. - Support overall sales operations, including multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization of workload. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. - Consultative sales mindset with a focus on client retention. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
