Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Representative **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end sales of doors and windows for a household‑name manufacturer. Works both in a retail outlet and on the sales floor, engaging prospects, presenting solutions, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through to installation. **Expectations:** - Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain high‑value customer relationships. - Deliver professional, on‑time service and follow‑up. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consult customers on product options and project needs. - Conduct on‑site visits to assess requirements and take accurate measurements. - Prepare detailed quotations and submit them promptly. - Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements. - Coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless hand‑off. - Monitor order status and address any post‑purchase issues. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales experience with a strong negotiation record. - Understanding of doors, windows, or related construction products (preferred). - Customer‑focused, proactive, and independent. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools. - Valid driver’s license; willingness for frequent travel and Saturday availability during peak season. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High‑school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or construction products is advantageous. - No specific professional certifications required.
