**Job title**
Quality Engineer – Aerospace Sector (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance plans throughout the aerospace product and process lifecycle. Conduct internal and external audits, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, EN9100, and customer requirements.

- Serve as the primary quality liaison across R&D, production, supply chain, and maintenance teams.
- Communicate quality metrics and improvement strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, implement, and track quality assurance plans for aerospace products and processes.
- Plan and execute internal and external audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, EN 9100, and client specifications.
- Identify, document, and analyze non‑conformities; lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, supply chain, and maintenance to optimize product and process quality.
- Participate in the validation of products, processes, and equipment in accordance with regulatory and normative requirements.
- Develop and monitor quality performance indicators; recommend and implement improvement actions using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Manage quality documentation, ensuring procedures are current and compliant.
- Provide training and awareness programs on quality practices and safety culture to teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional quality projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or aerospace quality management.
- Proficiency with quality tools: FMEA, 8D, SPC, DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (full‑time).
- Familiarity with QA/documentation systems and ERP platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary, high‑traceability environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and/or Lean Manufacturing is desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and EN 9100 standards.
