**Job Title**
Intern – Multi‑Track Program (AI / Technology, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, Design, Blockchain, Research)
**Role Summary**
Project‑based internship providing hands‑on experience across AI, fintech, blockchain, HR, marketing, operations, and design. Interns will research, analyze, and develop dashboards, content, or code‑based solutions to support a next‑generation wealth‑technology platform.
**Expectations**
- 8–20 hours per week, remote (hybrid option)
- 8–12 weeks duration, rolling starts
- Unpaid; eligible for university academic credit or professional certification
- Must be a current student or recent graduate (any discipline)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams in technology, finance, HR, marketing, ops, and design.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present actionable insights.
- Build dashboards, AI models, financial models, or marketing campaigns depending on chosen track.
- Document processes, maintain project deliverables, and support weekly founder and peer review sessions.
- Coordinate deliverables, events, or content production as assigned.
**Required Skills**
- **Technology tracks:** Python, JavaScript/Next.js, SQL, data pipelines, LLMs or blockchain APIs.
- **Finance tracks:** Excel, Google Sheets, financial modeling, market analysis tools.
- **HR tracks:** HRIS/PeopleOps tools, onboarding procedures, compliance documentation.
- **Marketing tracks:** Copywriting, social media, graphic design (Figma/Adobe), video editing.
- **Operations tracks:** Project management, Notion, Google Workspace, event planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, or recent graduate (any major).
- No specific certifications required; academic credit/certification offered upon completion.
