**Job Title** Sales Support **Role Summary** Act as the frontline for inbound leads, qualifying and nurturing prospects to enable the sales team to focus on deal closure. Provide rapid, professional responses, coordinate demos, address technical queries, and maintain impeccable CRM data. **Expactations** - Qualify ~120 leads per month, ensuring accurate and timely qualification and prioritization. - Acknowledge all inbound inquiries within a 24‑hour period. - Responsible for lead nurturing, cold outreach, and setting up follow‑up schedules. - Maintain 100% data hygiene in the CRM; manage lead lifecycle and pipeline metrics. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead Qualification & Response (40%) - Demo Coordination & Scheduling (25%) - Technical Support & Enablement (20%) - CRM & Pipeline Management (10%) - Follow‑Up, Nurture & Cold Outreach (5%) **Required Skills** - 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience (sales, support, or account management). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS solutions. - Process‑oriented with meticulous attention to detail. - Self‑starter, thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environments. - Basic understanding of compliance or regulated industries is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, communications, or related field) preferred. - No mandatory certifications; relevant SaaS or sales training is advantageous.
