Working with enterprise companies in healthcare, hospitality, and real estate to work with invoicing, EHR, ERP workflow automation through our in house software layer, deterministic workflow, and steerable agents.

Job Description: Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend web solutions and system integrations that enable AI agents to operate on legacy software platforms. Lead coding efforts, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance, reliable software. Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end backend features on time, ensure code quality and performance, mentor junior staff, and stay current with emerging AI and enterprise integration technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement robust backend services for AI agent tooling. - Write clean, efficient, and well‑tested code using modern OOP principles. - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Mentor and guide junior developers through technical and design decisions. - Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to integrate with enterprise systems such as EHR, ERP, and workflow automation. - Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize system resources. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and deployment processes. Required Skills: - Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and programming fundamentals. - Extensive experience in backend web development (RESTful APIs, microservices). - Proficiency in object‑oriented programming and design patterns. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with database design and performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL). - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers. - Knowledge of AI system fundamentals and legacy software integration is a plus. - Familiarity with enterprise applications such as EHR, ERP, or workflow automation systems is advantageous.
