**Job Title** Business Development Executive (Graduate) **Role Summary** Drive growth for an early‑stage digital trade‑show platform by sourcing, converting, and onboarding exhibitors worldwide. Execute outbound prospecting, lead calls, and demos, while managing the full sales pipeline and nurturing long‑term relationships. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent outbound activity: calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow‑ups. - Secure decision‑maker meetings and book demos. - Convert prospects into signed participants and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records. - Meet monthly targets for outreach volume, meetings, and conversions. **Key Responsibilities** - Research and build targeted exhibitor lists across UK, USA, and international markets. - Identify key decision‑makers and run structured outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn. - Manage outreach sequences, follow‑ups, and pipeline progression with discipline. - Conduct exhibitor calls and platform demos, clearly articulating value propositions. - Handle objections, negotiate participation terms, and close deals. - Serve as the main pre‑show contact: coordinate onboarding, maintain momentum, and ensure readiness. - Build long‑term relationships to drive repeat participation, referrals, and partnerships. - Identify partnership opportunities to enhance exhibitor supply and visitor demand. - Continuously improve sales assets, messaging, and workflows as new industries and regions are entered. **Required Skills** - Strong written and verbal communication; confident speaking to business decision‑makers. - Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline building from scratch. - Excellent organisational skills with strong prioritisation and follow‑through. - Detail‑oriented; pride in accurate information handling. - CRM discipline: consistent logging of all activity, outcomes, and pipeline updates. - Ability to handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close deals. - Resilience and optimism in a fast‑paced startup environment. - Analytical mindset and commercial curiosity. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum degree (2:1 or higher) or equivalent A‑level standard with demonstrable commercial drive. - No mandatory certifications required.
