ThrustMe is a deep-tech company in the space industry, a one-stop shop provider of high performing in-orbit mobility solutions for customers across the globe. The company made the worlds first demonstration of an iodine-fueled electric propulsion system in space - an achievement the space industry has tried to reach for 60 years. The team is highly qualified and multidisciplinary with world expertise spanning from plasma physics and space propulsion to thermal management, material science, digital and power electronics and more. Now delivering propulsion systems to major constellation players, ThrustMe is increasing its manufacturing capacity with a brand new industrial production line in the southern outskirt of Paris in France.

**Job Title**: Space Ops Support Engineer **Role Summary**: Supports clients in optimizing satellite propulsion systems by analyzing telemetry data, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing performance. Collaborates with satellite operators and ground experts to ensure mission success from launch to decommissioning. **Expectations**: Maintain/develop telemetry analysis tools, integrate multidisciplinary data to improve propulsion algorithms, support mission operations (pre-launch to post-deorbit), and contribute to product innovations through performance analysis and system testing. **Key Responsibilities**: - Maintain/develop telemetry data post-processing and analysis tools. - Investigate satellite telemetry to identify, resolve, and prevent system issues. - Integrate data from space missions, ground tests, simulations, and theory to refine propulsion models. - Provide operational support for satellite assembly, launch, operations, and decommissioning. - Document technical processes and mission outcomes for internal/external stakeholders. - Conduct propulsion system tests in space and ground laboratories. - Collaborate with engineering teams to advance next-generation propulsion products. - Perform performance analysis and deliver operational recommendations. **Required Skills**: - Master’s degree in embedded software, aerospace engineering, propulsion, physics, or related fields. - Strong understanding of complex embedded systems; propulsion engineering knowledge preferred. - Proficiency in data processing, statistical analysis, and modeling (Python preferred). - Practical electronics or hardware experience. - Autonomous problem-solving and proactive initiative. - Technical writing and reporting capabilities. - Advanced English communication skills (spoken/written). **Required Education & Certifications**: - Master’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline. - No specific certifications required, though propulsion or satellite mission experience is advantageous.

**Job Title**: Mechanical Engineer (M/F) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and qualify mechanical components for advanced satellite propulsion systems.
