Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for healthcare workflow applications, integrating generative AI, voice, and image processing with robust data engineering.
Expectations: Deliver production‑ready AI solutions that improve clinical workflows, maintain data quality, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for large healthcare datasets.
- Develop and optimize MS SQL stored procedures, complex queries, and database schemas to support AI agent functionality.
- Create, iterate, and maintain AI agents that process voice, text, and image inputs to automate radiology workflows.
- Design data infrastructure that enables agents to access structured and unstructured information across healthcare systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into technical specifications.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for large language models with multimodal capabilities.
- Integrate third‑party services via APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to extend agent functionality.
- Write Python and SQL scripts for automation, data transformation, and analytics.
- Evaluate agent performance, analyze multimodal outputs, and implement improvements.
- Document data architectures, workflows, prompt strategies, and agent systems.
- Support data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Required Skills
- Python (advanced), SQL, and MS SQL (including stored procedures, complex queries, and performance tuning).
- Proven experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data transformation workflows.
- Knowledge of AI agent frameworks, multimodal data processing (voice, image, text).
- Familiarity with APIs, MCP, and integration of third‑party services.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to document and convey technical processes clearly.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
