Job Description
Job Title Marketing Communications & Sales Finance Assistant Internship Role Summary Student internship supporting marketing and sales teams in an asset‑management firm focused on European Small & Mid Cap equities. Responsibilities include graphic design, content creation, CRM enrichment, event coordination, and client communication to enhance brand visibility and sales effectiveness. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality marketing assets and content within tight deadlines. - Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior management teams. - Proactively adopt new tools and ideas while maintaining brand consistency. - Work autonomously, adapt quickly to an agile environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Visual Identity - Create and update sales collateral, brochures, power‑point decks and social media visuals using Canva and PowerPoint. - Harmonize presentation templates for client and institutional meetings. 2. Content Creation & Copywriting - Write articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters and other written material in collaboration with the management team. - Simplify financial topics to make them accessible and engaging. 3. Competitive & Market Monitoring - Research best practices in asset‑management communication. 4. Marketing & Sales Support - Assist in organising client events and webinars (trade shows, lunches, new formats). - Maintain the document database, send client mailings, follow‑up emails and telephone calls. 5. CRM & Data Enrichment - Update and qualify partner client information in the CRM system. Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Notion, video editing software and email‑marketing tools. - Excellent written communication (“beautiful prose”) and editing skills. - Creativity, strong organizational ability, and a self‑starter mindset. - Tech‑savvy, comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflow. Required Education & Certifications - Current Master’s student (Business School, Communication, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent). - Specialization in Marketing/Commercial Sales or Communication. - Knowledge or strong interest in Market Finance (e.g., small‑cap equity funds) is highly desirable. ---
