Job Description

Job Title: Intern – Investor Relations Analyst Role Summary: Provide support to the Investor Relations team in a private equity firm, focusing on fundraising documentation, client communication, and data management. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality materials for fundraising and investor reporting; work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams; maintain accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update fund marketing documents (presentations, teasers, data rooms). - Assist in prospect outreach and due‑diligence questionnaire preparation. - Conduct market and competitor research. - Coordinate fundraising activities and track progress. - Produce and update investor presentations (portfolio, performance, impact, pipeline). - Respond to investor inquiries and generate ad‑hoc reports. - Maintain the investor portal and CRM database. Required Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent written communication in French and English. - Strong analytical and detail‑oriented approach. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks. - Good interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. - Interest in private equity and impact investing.
