Job Description
**Job Title:** HR Development Intern (M/F) **Role Summary:** Support the HR Development team in training administration and HR project implementation while gaining exposure to core HR functions and building practical HR competencies. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities. - Proficient with office software and comfortable learning digital HR tools. - Show interest in talent development, training processes, and competency management. - Have completed at least one substantive HR internship or apprenticeship. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with training administration: process invoices, track registrations, send invitations, and maintain records. - Support implementation of digital HR solutions (HRIS, intranet): participate in testing, verify data fields, and update user documentation. - Contribute to the development of the competency framework: draft and update job and role descriptions, formalize missions and skill requirements, ensure content consistency. **Required Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication (French and English preferred). - Strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn HRIS platforms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (1st or 2nd year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior HR internship or work‑study experience is required. - No specific certifications required; relevant HR coursework is a plus.
