About the Company

Created in 2014, The Boost Society is a new player in the student residence market. KLEY provides much more than student residences. It has three areas of expertise and experience: as investors, operators and owners. As a preferred partner of property companies, local authorities, universities and schools, its residences are designed and built to be places for stimulating, connected and collaborative living right in the heart of campuses and the most dynamic cities. After the successful openings of Caen, Toulouse and Angers residences, the Kley network is rapidly expanding with new residences in Marseille, Paris-Saclay, Rennes and Champs-sur-Marne in 2018, accommodating 2,500 students. In 2019, Kley will open in the Paris area with two new residences. Kley expects to make 12 acquisitions by 2020/2021 to enable the group to accommodate 5,650 tenants. The group is led by a team of specialists in property, services, innovation and change management. KLEY's approach is driven by a passion to think of student residences differently, with a conviction that creating the best living spaces should not be based on purely financial considerations.
