**Job Title:** Recruitment Development Manager – 360° Recruitment **Role Summary** Manage full-cycle recruitment and business development for IT, Telecom, and Emerging Technologies sectors. Freelance, remote role with commission-based structure, targeting contract and permanent placements. **Expectations** Self-motivated recruiter to drive client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and long-term relationship management in fast-paced, results-focused environment. No base pay; earnings tied to performance. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute end-to-end 360 recruitment: business development, client onboarding, candidate sourcing, and placement. - Acquire and develop new clients across IT, Telecom, and Emerging Technology industries. - Maintain talent pipelines for technical roles in contract and permanent markets. - Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to optimize profitability and client retention. - Research and expand into new markets with strategic business development initiatives. - Cultivate durable client and candidate relationships for recurring revenue. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment, demonstrating success in client acquisition and placements. - Proven expertise in IT, Telecom, or Emerging Technologies sector recruitment. - Strong talent pipeline management, consultative sales, and negotiation abilities. - Autonomous work style with high self-motivation and target orientation in commission-only model. - Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with rapid decision-making. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Industry-specific certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or technology vendor credentials) preferred but not mandatory. - No mandated certifications, though relevant professional development is recommended.
