Job Description

Job Title: IT Data Analytics Intern Role Summary Support analytical and reporting functions across the organization by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards and visualizations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and assist in building predictive models. Expactations - Prepare and validate datasets for accuracy and consistency. - Conduct statistical and exploratory analysis to uncover trends and opportunities. - Translate findings into clear, concise reports and visual stories. - Work with business, finance, and technical stakeholders to define data requirements. - Continuously learn and apply new analytical techniques and tools. Key Responsibilities - Gather, clean, and transform data from multiple sources. - Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical testing. - Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. - Assist in developing basic predictive models to forecast key metrics. - Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet data needs and deliver solutions. Required Skills - Proficiency in data analysis tools: Python (pandas), R, or SQL. - Familiarity with BI platforms: Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and charting. - Strong statistical foundation and data modeling knowledge. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present findings clearly. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Required Education & Certifications - Current bachelor’s student in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. - Optional certifications: Tableau Desktop Specialist, Power BI, Python, or SQL certifications (preferred but not required).
